CompMetrics, LLC, is a boutique property tax contracting firm that provides services throughout Texas. It was established in 2013 to provide a need for a pragmatic and detailed approach to property tax valuation and consulting, in order to achieve maximum property tax savings for our clients. We procure our assignments from different professionals engaged in real estate, individual owners of real property and institutional investors. We pride ourselves in our full understanding of the mass appraisal assessment and property tax appeal process.

The general nature of CompMetrics involves our willingness to engage in complex and challenging property tax valuation and consulting matters, with primary focus on commercial, industrial and complex residential properties. Our ability to provide a well thought-out and reliable analysis is crucial in establishing a fair and equitable value for our clients. CompMetrics is based upon a dedication to individualized client services.

We provide our clients with updates in the property tax law, as well as changes in the property tax code. We fully understand the tax payer’s rights in the appeal process, including right to file a protest under the equal and uniform appraisal standard, property tax exemptions for non-profit and religious organizations, tax abatement, pollution control and other tax credits and incentives allowed by states and local municipalities

Our Fee Structure

At CompMetrics, our team of dedicated professionals is committed to obtaining the appropriate value reduction for our clients. Our services are based on a contingency fee structure. We are compensated for our services only if we obtain a reduction in taxes.

A contingency fee is based on a percentage of any successful reduction in tax liability. Other available fee structures include an hourly rate charge and flat fee rates. There is no obligation for an initial consultation.
